7:45 am One-hour Morning Yoga Flow

9:00 am Breakfast

10:00 am- noon Pool Party

12:00 pm Lunch

1:30-2:30 Human Design Workshop

3:00-6:00 Time on your own to read, rest, watch movies, explore the property or treat yourself to a massage, facial, or reiki session!

6:30 Sound Bath
