While there is no formula or blueprint for a sound meditation, the common denominator is the gentle sounds of various instruments including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, handpan, drums, Tibetan bowls and chimes. A well structured sound meditation will transport you to a deep meditative state of relaxation where the frequencies of the instruments will help clear emotional & energetic blockages in the body.
